Delete your Khatma account (Project Egy)

In the app: sign in, open Profile → Delete account, type the confirmation phrase and confirm. The account is deleted immediately.

Without the app: email info@project-eg.com from the account's email address with the subject "Delete my Khatma account". We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Name, email, password, profile picture and the Google sign-in link.
• Sessions and notification tokens.
• Progress stored on our servers: memorisation plans, wird, habits, azkar, preferences and activity.
• Your group khatma memberships; khatmas you created pass to another participant or are cancelled.

What is kept

• An anonymous account record with no name or email, to which competition results, reports you sent and security logs stay linked.
• Audio-free recitation-correction statistics, linked to a hashed installation ID rather than your account, deleted automatically after 90 days.
• Data stored on your device (bookmarks, notes, downloads) until you uninstall the app or clear its data.
