Delete your account

In the app

1. Open Khatma and sign in with the account you want to delete.
2. Open Profile and tap Delete account.
3. Type the confirmation phrase and tap Delete. The account is deleted immediately.

Without the app

Email info@project-eg.com from the address registered on the account, with the subject "Delete my Khatma account". We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

Frequently asked questions

The adhan does not sound on time

On Android, allow Khatma to send notifications and use exact alarms, and exclude it from battery saving. The adhan settings screen guides you to these settings.

Prayer times differ from my mosque

Change the calculation method in Settings → Prayer time calculation to the one used in your country, and check that your location is right.

I want to read and listen offline

Download the editions, tafsir and recitations you want from Downloads.

The recitation check does not hear me

Allow Khatma to use the microphone and make sure you are online; the check runs on our servers.

My «Ghiras» points did not appear

Points are calculated on the server. If you are offline, your activities are kept and sent, and their points appear, once you are back online.

Too many or too few reminders

Open Notifications → Daily reminders and choose the level that suits you, or turn them off.
